Every Paul Shepil furniture piece is created as an individual project. The final design, materials, dimensions, finish, quantity, and functional details are agreed with the client before production begins.

Because each order is custom-made, the total price and estimated production time depend on the complexity of the design, selected materials, dimensions, quantity, finishing requirements, and delivery destination. A personalised quotation is prepared after the project specifications have been reviewed.

Order Confirmation

Before production, the client receives the agreed project details, including the principal dimensions, materials, finish, quantity, estimated timeline, and commercial terms. Production begins only after the order details and payment conditions have been confirmed.

Any changes requested after production has started may affect the final cost and completion date. Their feasibility is assessed individually, depending on the stage of the project.

Payment

Payment terms are established separately for each order and confirmed before production begins. The payment schedule may depend on the scope, value, and duration of the project.

All applicable costs are communicated in advance. Additional expenses may arise only when the client requests changes, extra services, special packaging, installation, or delivery outside the originally agreed conditions.

Delivery

Delivery arrangements are planned according to the size and weight of the furniture, destination, accessibility of the premises, and any additional handling or installation requirements.

The delivery cost and estimated delivery period are calculated individually. Delivery dates are coordinated after the furniture has passed final inspection and is ready for dispatch.

Clients are asked to provide accurate information regarding the delivery address, access conditions, doorways, staircases, lifts, parking restrictions, and any other factors that may affect safe delivery. Where required, professional installation or assembly can be discussed as part of the project.

Each piece is carefully prepared and securely packed to help protect it during transportation. Clients should inspect the furniture upon delivery and promptly report any visible transport-related damage.
